Our story

From fragmented consoles to one commerce spine

We formed Support Master after watching strong brands stall—not for lack of ambition, but because every new channel added another operational silo. Marketplaces demanded SLAs that conflicted with warehouse reality; growth teams optimized ROAS spreadsheets that finance could not reconcile to payouts; stores fulfilled digital demand with no shared ATP.

We believed the answer was not another narrow point solution, but a modular operating system: shared orders, inventory, customers, and governance primitives—with OMS, retail, food, AI, growth, capital, and people modules activating as maturity allows.
